By accessing or using ReplyMog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. ReplyMog is operated from Virginia, United States.
ReplyMog is a Chrome extension and web application that uses AI to generate email reply suggestions in Gmail and Outlook. The Service provides three tone options — Friendly, Neutral, and Mogging — to help users draft email replies.
You must create an account to use ReplyMog. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
ReplyMog offers a Free plan (25 replies per month) and a Pro plan ($9.99/month, unlimited replies). - Free plan limits reset monthly - Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and will auto-renew unless cancelled - You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal - Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@getreplymog.com
You agree not to use ReplyMog to: - Generate harassing, abusive, or threatening email content - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the Service - Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications - Share your account credentials with others
Replies generated by ReplyMog are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any email replies. ReplyMog does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness of AI-generated replies for any particular purpose.
The ReplyMog service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ReplyMog. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. AI-generated replies are provided for your personal use.
ReplyMog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyMog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated email content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@getreplymog.com.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
