When you use ReplyMog, we collect the following information: - Account Information: Your email address and name when you sign in via Google OAuth or magic link. - Usage Data: The number of replies generated and your subscription status. - Email Content: The content of emails you choose to generate replies for. This content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies and is not stored by ReplyMog. - Payment Information: Billing and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. ReplyMog does not store your payment card details.
We use the information we collect to: - Provide and improve the ReplyMog service - Process your subscription and manage billing - Track your monthly usage against your plan limits - Communicate with you about your account - Comply with legal obligations
When you click a tone button in Gmail or Outlook, the content of the email you are replying to is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate a reply. This content is: - Transmitted securely over HTTPS - Used only to generate your requested reply - Not stored by ReplyMog after the reply is generated - Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy at anthropic.com
Your account data (email, subscription status, usage count) is stored securely in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
ReplyMog uses the following third-party services: - Anthropic (Claude AI) — for generating email replies - Supabase — for authentication and database storage - Stripe — for payment processing - Vercel — for hosting and infrastructure Each of these services has their own privacy policies which govern their use of your data.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getreplymog.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
ReplyMog is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
